Use PCensus to retrieve demographic profiles for standard census and postal areas as well as custom study areas such as circles, drive-time polygons, user-defined shapes or neighborhoods.

Circles or drive-times can also be created based on a threshold value of a demographic characteristic. For instance, PCensus can calculate and draw a drive-time polygon that will fit a population that spends $1,000,000 in aggregate annually on fast food.
If you have a long list of retail outlets, restaurants or hospitals to analyze individually, PCensus can quickly perform batch site processing to create a report for each. All you need is an excel spreadsheet of their locations.
