Encom Discover 3D for MapInfo Professional is the first fully integrated 3D GIS solution for the resource sector. Built on top of the functionality and power of the award-winning Encom Discover, Discover 3D turns a 2D environment into a full 3D GIS system. By switching from the traditional 2D GIS mode to full 3D you can view and interact in real time with a range of GIS datasets.

System Requirements
Encom Discover 3D 5.0.63 requires Discover 11.1 and MapInfo Professional 8.5 to 10.0.1 with Windows® XP or Vista or Windows® 7.
Discover 3D is an optional advanced module for Encom Discover. Minimum system requirements to run Discover 3D are:
- Windows® XP/Vista Processor: Pentium 4 series or later.
- 512MB of RAM.
- A reasonably high quality graphics monitor of SVGA capability or better (1024 x 768 display).
- 64 MB (non-shared) graphics card is required as a minimum, with 128MB or 256MB video card.
- Higher screen resolutions and a well configured, high memory graphics card with OpenGL optimised drivers will also improve the appearance and ease of use for Discover 3D.
