Homeless Shelter Management
Problem:
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation requested that a system be developed to gather and provide statistical information on homeless people in Canada. The system would need to be flexible to meet the diverse needs of shelters across Canada.
Solution:
HIFIS (Homeless Individuals and Families Information System) was designed by Tetrad to meet shelter client registration and administrative database system requirements. It also provides a means for aggregating client information at regional and national levels without revealing the identity of individual clients.
