Position:  Applications Software Developer

Who is Tetrad?

Tetrad, based in Vancouver, BC, has been one of North America’s foremost providers of demographic and mapping solutions for over 20 years.

Our principal software application, PCensus, is used by organizations ranging from fast-food restaurants to police departments to select optimum locations for businesses or other facilities, or to search for favourable new markets.  Our proprietary databases include standard demographics like age and income (derived from the population censuses of the US and Canada), as well as sophisticated estimates of consumer spending and behavioural patterns.

PCensus is optimized for the storage and manipulation of large volumes of data, with integrated mapping functionality provided by GIS Systems such as MapInfo, ESRI ArcGIS and Microsoft MapPoint to provide a seamless application accessible by non-technical users.

We are currently expanding our programming team in order to accelerate the development of new capabilities demanded by our extensive user base and to improve our ability to build new products and to offer specialized custom software services.
